Appointments

All treatments and packages must be booked in advance for your preferred date and time. Credit cards details are required at the time of booking.

Changes or Cancellations

Should you wish to change or cancel your appointment please give us 48 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.

Etiquette

To enjoy your experience, and as courtesy to other guests, please observe the following:

• Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment
• Arrange for child care
• Do not carry personal effects, valuables, or jewellery
• Please turn off your mobile phone before entering our facility
• We operate a smoke free and pet free environment.
